Moscow Mules originated In Manhattan apparently and are considered one of the classics in cocktail land. They are typically made with spicy ginger beer, lime juice and vodka, and served in copper mugs. They are fairly sweet and delicious so they are one of my favorites to make. This Moscow Mule is taken to the next level thanks to the addition of mint extract. Mint extract can be found in the baking aisle or wherever you can find vanilla extract.
I think this Moscow Mule is an awesome cocktail for the summer time. It is so crisp, sweet and fruity thanks to the pink lemonade juice. You can remix this Moscow Mule with another type of lemonade flavor like my raspberry mango lemonade. If you like the vibes of boozy lemonade you can check out my boozy kiwi lemonade, which also has hints of lot of vodka and mint too.
Traditionally, copper mugs are used to keep the Moscow Mule as chilled as possible but I used a Mint Julep cup. I think a regular glass would work. you can make it look super pretty for the summer by garnishing it with an edible flower. Check out this simple YouTube tutorial on how to make this fruity cocktail!
