I did this kiwi guava beer cocktail for World Cocktail Day! This beer cocktail is made with muddled kiwi and guava juice. The simplicity of it all is what makes it so delicious and refreshing. It isn’t overwhelmingly sweet either. It is very bubbly because of the beer so shaking it in a mason jar is better. If you don’t have a mason jar, you can stir it in a cocktail shaker.
I used two kiwis at most-you don’t need more! Even one kiwi will work for this recipe. You can also add in a pinch of lime juice here even though it wasn’t necessary. Peel the kiwis and muddle them with the sugar. It needs to be muddled into a smooth consistency like apple sauce. I had extra kiwis on hand to garnish this beer cocktail. Then add the ice and remaining ingredients.
Any can of chilled beer will do the trick! Mix it all up with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. This kiwi guava beer cocktail is so lovely to serve on hot summer days. Other boozy kiwi recipes on the blog are my spiked kiwi mint lemonade and cucumber kiwi mojitos. Happy drinking!
