Jalapeño garlic cheesy bread

by Effy A

This cheesy garlic jalapeño bread is so perfect! This slightly spicy cheesy bread is inspired by one of my favorite orders from this pizza joint in Toronto. I really love how spicy it is and the cheese pull is to die for. I cut this garlic cheesy jalapeño bread into stick shapes, so it is easy to pick up. It makes it so perfect for dipping into ranch or honey. Date night never looked any better.

Jalapeño peppers are really spicy peppers which help fight infections, keeps your heart healthy, fights cancer, and other infections. I used sliced, pickled jalapeño peppers that came in a jar. You can also use fresh jalapeño peppers. If you choose the latter, wear gloves to avoid burns, remove the seeds, and slice them. The dough for this is similar to a homemade pizza dough for regular pizza. I prefer using half the amount of cheese, then the jalapeño peppers, then the remaining cheese. Bake it under 20 minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I highly recommend serving this with hot honey sauce.
