Mango yogurt chocolate clusters

by Effy A

This viral frozen yogurt dessert recipe is so interesting and fun! These mango clusters consist of chopped mango tossed in plain yogurt. Once it is frozen, the mango clusters are dipped in melted chocolate until thoroughly coated. This frozen yogurt dessert is so unique and crunchy. It is so handy for cooling off in these hot summers and so yummy!

Plain yogurt is what is usually used in this recipe. You can also use raspberries, strawberries and blueberries instead of mango. Once the mango is chopped, mix it with the plain yogurt. Then freeze it on a lined baking tray so it is easy to remove later. I highly recommend using parchment paper. It makes it easier to remove the clusters. Lastly, dip these frozen clusters into melted chocolate. Usually the chocolate hardens on frozen textures quickly so it will get coated nicely if you’re really in a hurry. It is best to freeze the clusters again for a crunchier cluster. I used dark chocolate since mango is quite sweet.

Store any leftover mango clusters in the freezer. It melts in the fridge since it is a frozen yogurt dessert. Other frozen yogurt recipes include my pistachio frozen yogurt bites.
