Blackcurrant orange punch

This zero-alcohol blackcurrant orange punch is so refreshing and sweet! It is a large batch drink recipe which caters to many occasions. It has orange juices, blackcurrant and sparkling juice in it. I added Tampico citrus jucie for a fun twist and it really tastes so crisp and tasty.

Don’t skimp out on the orange juice to get that citrusy flavor. I used freshly-squeezed oranges for this recipe but you can also use orange juice. This blackcurrant orange punch uses Ribena which is a concentrated blackcurrant juice. Any sparkling juice will do the trick for this punch. I used sparkling grape juice. Apple sparkling juice is also really fun! If you want to add alcohol, I highly recommend white wine, rum or gin to pair with this. Mix all the ingredients in a big jug or pitcher. And then just serve cold over ice cubes and you’re good to go!

Ingredients

300ml Tampico juice
2 oranges squeezed
750ml bottle sparkling juice
1/2 cup blackcurrant juice (Ribena)
Tray of ice cubes
1 orange, sliced to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a 3L capacity jug and serve cold.
