Biscoff mocha frappuccino

by Effy A

This Biscoff frappuccino is filled with chocolate and coffee which makes it taste like a mocha frappuccino. It is filled with Biscoff cookies and blended with milk, ice, coffee and chopped white chocolate. This recipe would be great with Kinder Bueno chocolate actually.

This delicious mocha drink is an absolute dream to whip up! Mocha drinks consist of both chocolate and coffee. I used white chocolate but you could also use milk or dark chocolate for this recipe. I used a whole chocolate bar but you swap them with chocolate chips as well. You just need a high speed blender for this mocha Biscoff frappuccino to work out. Firstly, mix the instant coffee with hot water and let it cool. Then you get all the remaining ingredients with the coffee and then blend it until smooth.

Every Frappuccino is usually served with whipped cream. I’ve seen some Frappuccinos added with whipped cream at the bottom of the glass before pouring in the blended drink. It is super creamy, similar to a milkshake but without the ice cream. This would go really well with doughnuts or a slice of pie.

This mocha drink makes two servings just in case you need another glass.
