Caramel banana milk

by Effy A

Bananas are so easy to find and this yummy banana milk is even easier. This caramel banana milk is made from caramel sauce, banana, and almond milk. No sugar is needed here because the caramel sweetens it up. if you can’t find caramel you can also use dulce de leche or condensed milk. I actually used this to make milk tea and it was amazing!

You can use regular dairy milk for this recipe but it is equally delicious with soy milk and almond milk. Ripe bananas are the best choice for this recipe but avoid overripe bananas. You can choose to either strain it after blending it or leave it the way it is. Personally I prefer mine not strained because I get to taste bits of caramel sauce. Serve this cold over ice or serve it hot in tea or coffee.
