This Oreo iced coffee is so refreshing and yummy! It has bits of Oreo pieces and is so refreshingly fantastic on a hot summer day. It takes a simple cup of coffee to the next level by adding ice and Oreo crumbs. You can blend the ingredients except the ice together for an extra smooth feel.
I love using instant coffee since it is sometimes mixed with creamer and sugar. Mix this instant coffee with the hot water and crushed Oreos. Then let it cool to room temperature. Check the sugar levels and adjust as necessary. You can any of my simple syrups on the blog to enhance the flavor. Then serve this drink cold over ice cubes. I actually shook this in a cocktail shaker to make it extra chilled. It is that easy peasy!
The difference between an iced coffee and an iced latte is that there is no frothed milk in this recipe.
