This coconut citrus mocktail has three types of citrus flavors-lemonade, orange juice, sparkling blood orange soda and lime juice. It is so perfect during the hotter seasons and so delicious! Coconut water is full of electrolytes and so refreshing so it is the perfect base for this mocktail. I love it so much becuase it so creamy, sweet and sour. This recipe has such an interesting flavor palette so you don’t want to miss out on this. Lots of summery vibes, sparkle and sweetness-what’s not to love?
All you need to make this glorious citrus mocktail is to mix all the ingredients in the pitcher. The most important thing is to refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes to get it nice and chilled. Alternatively, you could use pre-chilled ingredients so that you can serve it right away. Soda tends to lose its fizziness as time goes on so you can add the sparkling soda after you have refrigerated the pitcher.
