Blueberry peach smoothies

by Effy A

These blueberry peach smoothies have bits of oats, honey, mint and are very refreshing. It’s amazing to drink this first thing in the morning. I always recommend at least 2 ingredients going into a smoothie should be frozen. The recipe is this: blend all the ingredients and serve cold!

Blueberries have tons of health benefits including improving heart health, bone strength and even boosting mental health. Peaches are awesome too with tons of nutrients and antioxidants which fight aging and diseases (source). In addition, peaches have great for digestion, so combine that with the oats, which have lots of fiber, and you have a winner! These blueberry peach smoothies are great for starting your day and are very fresh. I used just one peach, which I froze before making this recipe but you can use more peaches.
