This apple ginger beer mocktail is too easy to miss out on! Apple juice and ginger beer are like BFFs I swear! I like serving this in the summer because that’s when I tend to crave ginger beer the most. I could drink these every single say, to be honest. This is a very refreshing and crisp drink to have on hand for the hotter weather. For this mocktail, I used non-alcoholic ginger beer so it is 100% family-friendly!
The best way to describe this drink is that it tastes like a spicy apple lemonade. If you want to make this apple mocktail a little boozy, I definitely recommend using vodka or gin for a party vibe! You will need a large jug to combine all the ingredients. It prevents having a sloppy mess in your kitchen and adds to the piece of mind. Just stir everything, serve these chilled over ice and you’re good to go! I like to garnish this drink with fresh apple slices to sweeten the drink. Mint sprigs are also highly recommended to heighten the crisp factor of this drink.
Another alcohol-free drink you might love is my grapefruit raspberry soda and hibiscus coffee spritzer mocktail.
