Frozen Dalgona latte

by Effy A

Dalgona coffee is essentially the viral whipped coffee. It’s slightly bittersweet but so epic! This frozen Dalgona latte is literally just frozen whipped coffee and milk. I used banana caramel milk to enhance the flavor but other types of milk like strawberry milk could be cool. You could also opt for regular milk.

To start this recipe just combine water, coffee and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand or stand whisk, beat this mixture until it goes from black to a light brown color. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight for best results. Serve with milk and you’re good to go!

When serving this frozen Dalgona latte, you only need about 2 scoops because it is quite condensed. Add lots of milk (and ice) if you wish! If you love dalgona big time, try out my Dalgona affogato.
